The Vault is excited to serve classic American food and craft cocktails in a building like no other. The Vault focuses on quality food made from scratch. The craft cocktails are made to order using house squeezed juices, house made syrups and fine quality spirits.

The Vault is owned and operated by Libby Billings a Tulsa native, Booker T. Washington alumni & OSU IT Culinary School graduate. She is also the owner of Elote and Roppongi, located in the Deco District of downtown. Billings has no investors and is proud to be a role model for other women and girls who want to follow their entrepreneurial dreams.

Shop Talk is a free event hosted by Art Directors Club of Tulsa that gives our membership base and the Tulsa community an opportunity to join us for a behind the scenes look at inspirational places and people in our city.
